• Adventurindo Travel Service and all its representative offices operate tours in the favorable circumstance. We consider safety first, which mean if condition and situation bad (such, rebellion, riots, landslide etc) the tour could be cancelled.
• If the tour has to be cancelled, we will change the programs after obtaining an agreement with the client supported by a written from both side.
If an agreement is unreachable with the customer, Adventurindo Travel Servicel will charge for the portion of the service with has been given.
• Reservation order have to be sent in writing` by E-mail, Fax or Letter and must be include itinerary, date of arrival / departure, flight detail, type of facility of services, number of person, rooming list (for group) and guide needed.
• Reservation should be made as earlier as possible. (Earlier reservation will be confirmed earlier).
Bookings may be accepted up to 7days prior to a tour departure but will be subject to availability of accommodation, flight and may be subject to the payment.
Must be paid when single traveler have been chosen.
Deposit & Final Payment
A deposit of 30% from the total package price is required at the time of your booking. The balance of your tour price completing full payment must reach Adventurindo no later than 30 days prior to the commenced of your tour. If for any reason your balance payment is not received by us by the due date, as set out above, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and apply the appropriate cancellation changes.
More than 45 days, No Charge
Between 30 – 45 days, USD$50 (plus bank service charges)
Between 15 – 29 Days, USD$100 (plus bank service charges)
Between 2- 14 Days, 50% of Total Payable
Less than 24 hours or No Show, 100% of Total Payable
Any form of bank charges or third party administrative fees that may arise from the execution of cancellation and amendment announcements shall be borne by the client(s) and may be deducted from the deposit/full payment.
